Completion Preparation / Handover Coordinator - IKM Consultants AS

Completion Preparation / Handover Coordinator
Responsibilities
* Training of personnel in use of Company's Completion System ProCoSys, both internal (incl. Operations/TI) and contractor
* Follow up contractor to ensure correct usage of ProCoSys, focus areas; cable splicing, pipe test/ lifting equipment attachments, PSV callibration, area completion incl. lighting -/lux-/noice measuring, ATEX activities, linking of Smart packs/WO to Comm.packs
* Switch mode in ProCoSys from fabrication to hook-up, incl clean-up of certificates
* Continue to establish MC scope in accordance with Completion requirements, marked-up commissioning package boundary documents and in close cooperation with contractor
* Follow-up discrepancy between tag numbers issued by engineering compared with tag numbers linked in MC packages, by running of weekly reports in ProCoSys
* Ensure that correct ProCoSys management reports are used (ref. WO, MC, Punch, RFCC, RFOC, SWCR, Query etc.) and start using ProView
* Focus on commissioning plan and important milestones, incl. back-up work possibilities
* Call for and facilitate RFOC handover meetings, incl coordination with Operations and Technical Integrity (TI)
* Close cooperation regarding prioritizations with Completion Team
* Assist Completion team with processing of MC documentation, generate and send RFCCs o update internal transfer from / to other relevant projects and towards base organisation
* Experience transfer from/to other relevant projects and towards the base organisation
Required expertise
* University degree or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience from oil and gas projects
* Extensive knowledge of Company's governing documentation
* Well developed teambuilding, co operational- and communication abilities
* Ability to handle responsibility and periodically high work load


Language requirements: English
Work location: Offshore Aberdeen on a 3-3 rotation
Contract period: 01.10.2018 - 31.05.2019
