We are currently looking to contract an experienced Recruiter
Responsibilities
* Recruit, source, screen and identify prospective candidates for job openings to ensure job requirements and expectations are assessed against appropriate criteria and present candidates to the client following the Recruitment and Sourcing Guidelines
* Make initial candidate contact and build relationships with prospective candidates with the emphasis on networking to develop candidate leads and to develop their interest level in company opportunities
* Utilize effective communication and follow-through with candidates, including establishing and maintaining effective relationships while promoting company highlights and career opportunities
* Conduct thorough follow up with respective candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process

Required expertise
* Minimum 2 years' prior experience in direct sourcing, recruiting and/or staffing for Oil and Gas industry
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Fluent Norwegian and English speaking and writing.
* Proficient computer skills are required, including use of Microsoft. Experience with Webtemp is preferred
* Exceptional track record and proven success in a competitor's environment is preferred
