Commissioning Engineer, SAS SIS Safety Systems
The commissioning engineer shall execute all commissioning activities, including planning, preparation, execution and hand over to Operation/Plant Integrity related to Process Discipline.
SAS PCS Engineer. Working with Process Control Systems for both Utility and Process systems
Work as a member of SAS commissioning team according to current organisation chart which may change during the project.
Establish and maintain safe working routines during execution of commissioning to ensure that all work performed is made in full compliance with Companys safety regulation to maintain Companys objectives of zero incidents, injuries and losses.
Commissioning activities during the entire phase to enable a safe and efficient start-up execution.
Experience transfer from/to other relevant projects and towards the base organisation.
Ensure and maintain a close and good relationship to contractor and operation.
Execute and supervise the performance of commissioning activities and follow up ProCoCys.
Execute commissioning according to Company governing documents
Higher technical education and min 10 years experience from relevant project work
SAS PCS Engineer.
Working with Process Control Systems for both Utility and Process systems
Broad knowledge in commissioning of heavy process systems incl. gas compressors
Experience in designing logic changes and supervising of implementation and testing
Knowledge of Norsok Standards
Experience with executing OSAT and Power up of control cabinets and equipment
Experience with Kongsberg Maritime control system will be appreciated
Experience with Company projects will be appreciated
Work as a member of SAS commissioning team according to current organisation chart which may change during the project
Operation or rotating experience is an advantage
Solution oriented and able to work independently
Location: Samsung Heavy Industries, Geoje, South Korea
Rotation: 28/28 rotation, back to back.
Travel in spare time
Duration: 01.05.18 - 11.01.19 with optional period of 3x4 months offshore.
