Responsibilities
During hook-up and commissioning there will be a requirement to transport approx. 200 persons offshore per week. Utilizing approx. 20 flights each week.
- Coordinate and supervise the logistics operations for passenger transportation with helicopter and fixed wing.
- Optimize helicopter operations to be cost effective and time effectiv
- Responsible to follow up KPI's and ensure that the KPI¡¦s are achieved
Operate the computer system for passengers transportation (DaWinci)
- Assist with set up of rotations for integrated teams
- Book rotations into WELS according to plan
- Book helicopter seats for dedicated personnel
- Ensure that all passengers have required safety training and medical or other relevant training
- Ensure that dedicated personnel is booked to Norway and offshore according to their rotation plan
- Coordinate travel with commercial fixed wing and hotel
- Flexibility in term of assistance in case of delayed/cancelled flights
- Assist in rotating the emergency response team personnel as part of the integrated team; ensure all required roles are covered at all time.
- Liaise with Project, Offshore TEPN Representative and Heli Admin
- Ensure that contractors are following and complying with rules and procedures for going offshore

Expert level in DaWinci
Knowledge will be an advantage
Min. 5 years experience with personnel & rotation coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Norwegian.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills, ability to quickly adapt to new computer systems.
Cultural understanding
Knowledge of Norwegian rules and regulations in regards to offshore work
Knowledge of Berg Hansen Wagonlit booking system
Good understanding of offshore work environment
Some on the job training will be given
