Assistant Operational Leader
Operational leadership - responsible for day-to-day activities related to the department/unit for materials handling.

* HSE management
* Risk analysis and actively seeking improvement of activities
* Oversee and ensure that relevant work processes are implemented, by also ensuring relevant supervision
* Contribute to good cooperation between service providers in the supply chain
* Participate in and lead relevant meetings in accordance with the established plan of meetings
* Monitoring and follow-up of local suppliers to the base
* Initiate and take a lead on improvements to the supply chain within the framework of the goals of the unit and KPIs
* Act as Operations Manager in his or her absence, and any other relevant duties as required
Required expertise
* Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in logistics or finance & admin
* Proficient knowledge of English (oral and written)
* 2-5 years relevant work experience
* Leadership experience

Language requirements: English and Norwegian
Work location: Onshore Stavanger
Contract period: 17.10.16 (asap) - 30.04.2017
Option period: 3 x 3 months
