Responsibilities
* Monitor, verify and report on Contractor's quality performance
* Report on none satisfactory HSE & QC performance.
* Participate in and carry out independent inspection activities, as required and agreed in the project test and inspection plan.
* Submit status on these activities to the responsible in project team and relevant involved parties
* Carry out inspection of equipment upon arrival at FPSO including verification of correct preservation
* Review Contractor's fabrication documentation according to project (and Norsok) documentation requirements
* Participate in project meetings as required
* Evaluate technical performance for Contractor
* Maintain Contractor relations and attend regular meetings
* Evaluate / handle Technical Queries together with Eni Offshore Completiion Leads and Supervisors.
* Assist Contractor, on technical requests
* Towards the Contractor initiate and follow up required preventive and corrective actions as a result of audits,verifications and examinations.
* In agreement with ENI Completion Lead and/or the project responsible; stop further work when major/critical HSE deviations are detected

Required expertise
* Technical Diploma
* 8 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
* 5 years of large project construction followingup experience
* General Offshore Construction knowledge
* Standard ISO
* TQM and Quality system
* Technical requirement and Standard
* Compliance with Local/National and International Standard and Codes
* Compliance with NORSOK
* General knowledge of the relevant discipline
* Certified as per requirement in Norsok Standards for the actual discipline EU requirements to inspectors FROSIO.
* Fluent knowledge of English oral and in writing. Knowledege of Norwegian preferred.
* 8 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
* 5 years of large project construction followingup experience
