Senior Structural Engineer
Responsibilities
* Structural analysis, calculations and design reports of main, secondary and outfitting structures
* Execute structural concept studies
* Checking of other engineers' analysis and calculation reports
* Interaction with other disciplines
* Develop design of outfitting structures in close co-operation with designer and other disciplines
* Structural calculations and analysis
* Documentation of strength and design according to governing codes and specifications
* Drawing checks and Offshore surveys
* Execute structural concept studies
* Checking of other engineers' analysis and calculation reports
* Interaction with other disciplines
* Develop design of outfitting structures in close co-operation with designer and other disciplines
* Structural calculations and analysis
* Documentation of strength and design according to governing codes and specifications
* Drawing checks and Offshore surveys
Required expertise
* Bsc or Msc degree with 5-10 years experience from larger Modification projects in the North Sea
* Have high level experience with relevant analysis tools like Staad, Mathcad, Sesam, etc.
* Have Performed Structural steel design including analyses and documentation
* Have designed permanent and temporary lifting arrangements, etc.
* Open minded with focus on team efforts
* Solution oriented with the right attitude
Language Skills: English. Norwegian language skills is an advantage
